Quality Assurance
The purpose of this Board position is to gather data on the current trends of the certification activity in Day Treatment and Day Habilitation programs from the OMRDD Division of Quality
Assurance. This position strives to foster a link between OMRDD and the private providers for the purpose of understanding and promoting improved levels of service to the program participants. The position will also gather data on trends from other sources such as the Attorney General's office, Medicaid, CARF, ect, to enable the provider members to keep current with national trends that impact program models. Questions on corporate compliance, documention, and developing your own quality assurance program can be sent to this office. Association members may also use this office for queries to DQA on sensitive issues. Results of surveys can be conveyed on the attached forms or in any manner that makes you feel comfortable.
